The repo is organized around five flat document libraries:

- standards
Whitepapers should be composed by mapping technical foundations to client or application scenarios, using resources as the raw technical evidence base.
Discoverability¶
- keep folders flat
- use front-matter tags consistently
- use search and tag discipline instead of deep folder nesting
